Getting started, and answers to common questions.

iPhone and iPad: tap Share in any app (Safari, Photos, Files, Mail, YouTube…) and choose Nextmark. If you don't see it, scroll the row of apps to the end, tap More, and add Nextmark to your favorites.

Mac: press ⌥⌘S from any app to save the clipboard or a screenshot, or drop a link, file or image on the Quick Capture panel. You can also select text or files and choose Services › Save to Nextmark, or use Share.

When you save, you can tap a reason: read, buy, try, go, decide, reference, or for someone. Nextmark uses it to sort the save and to decide when to bring it back. If you skip it, Nextmark suggests one, and you can change it any time.

Open the item and tap Open. Safari scrolls to the passage you highlighted and marks it.

On iPhone and iPad, it brings the screenshots in your Photos library into Nextmark, reads the text in them, and sorts them into receipts, tickets, events, recipes, quotes, products and more. Open Screenshots in the sidebar to start, or accept the offer when you first open the app.

Only if you ask it to. Clean Up Photos deletes the screenshots that are already in Nextmark, and iOS asks you to confirm first. Deleted screenshots stay in Photos › Recently Deleted for 30 days, and they stay in Nextmark, searchable by their text.

Yes. The import keeps going in the background, with progress shown by the system. Sorting a large library on the device can take a while longer, and it carries on whenever Nextmark is open.

Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos › Nextmark and choose Full Access, or Limited Access with the screenshots you want to include.

Titles, summaries and dates come from Apple Intelligence on your device. On a device without Apple Intelligence, Nextmark still saves, reads text and searches, with simpler titles. When iCloud sync is on, a device that has Apple Intelligence improves those saves, and the results appear on your other devices too.

No. The AI runs on your device. See the privacy policy.

Sign in to the same Apple Account with iCloud on each device. Sync is on by default; check Nextmark › Settings › iCloud. Sync Now fetches and sends right away.

Check that iCloud is on for the device and has free storage, that both devices use the same Apple Account, and that Settings › iCloud in Nextmark doesn't show a message. Then tap Sync Now on both devices. Large files can take longer than the rest.

Turn off Sync Original Files in Settings. Titles, notes, text, summaries and small previews still sync; the full-size originals stay on the device you saved them on.

Notifications that bring a save back when it's useful: the evening before an event, the day before a deadline or sale ends, five and one days before a plan's date, and the morning an action is due. You can set how many a day and quiet hours in Settings. Moments are part of Nextmark Pro.

If you dismiss the same kind of reminder three times in a row, Nextmark pauses it for 30 days. Opening or acting on one resets that.

A short stack of cards on the day and time you choose: what's coming up, this week's saves, and things you haven't touched in a month. Do it, keep it or toss it. The Weekly Review is free.

Open Settings › Nextmark Pro and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you bought it with. One purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Mac.

On iPhone or iPad: Nextmark › Settings › Nextmark Pro › Manage Subscription, or Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. On Mac: App Store › your name › Account Settings › Subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and choose the Nextmark purchase.
